What megamaster is
megamaster is a study tool for no-limit hold'em cash games. It reads hand-history files you already have, and it is designed to be used between sessions with your poker client closed. It is not a HUD, does not read your screen, and is not intended to run while you play.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any poker site whose hand histories you import. Some sites restrict or prohibit third-party software; it is your responsibility to know and follow those rules. megamaster is built to be used away from the table so that this is straightforward, but the choice and the consequences are yours.
Licence
Subject to these terms, you may install and use megamaster on machines you control for your own study or for coaching your own students. You may not redistribute the application, the solver engine, the solved library or the population baselines, or make them available to others as a service. The solved library and baselines are licensed to you for use within the application.
Solver output
Every solver figure in the application comes from a solve that stopped at a stated accuracy, which the application reports beside the number. Solver strategies are approximations; they are provided as study material and not as advice about any particular hand or decision. You play at your own risk and judgement.
Accounts and subscriptions
Access is tied to the account you sign in with. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law says otherwise.
No warranty
megamaster is provided as is. We work to keep it correct and we publish how we check it, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use — including losses at the poker table.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: bitbcash@gmail.com.
