Results & sessions

The Results tab answers the question every player asks before any strategic one: how am I actually doing, and where.

Sessions, computed not stored

A session is a run of hands with no gap longer than a threshold (30 minutes by default) between them. Sessions are computed at query time from each hand's timestamp — never stored — so importing hands out of chronological order, or re-importing an overlapping export, can never leave stale session boundaries behind. Sessions are shown most-recent-first, with date filters if you want a specific window.

The graph

Cumulative results plotted hand by hand, split into three lines: total net winnings, results with showdown hands removed (the "how am I running when I don't get to see cards" view), and all-in-equity-adjusted results (removes variance from getting it in good or bad). The X axis is hands played, not calendar time — a losing week where you barely played shouldn't visually dominate a graph the way a losing month would.

Per-hand drill-down

Click any session to expand every hand played in it: date, net result, Hero's hole cards, the board, pot type and position, and the hand's own compact line — all visible without opening the replayer. Double-click any row, or hit its Replay button, to open the full replayer.

Cards as first-class information

Hole cards and board cards render inline as compact colored text (A♠ K♦) rather than being hidden behind a click — the goal is maximum information in minimum space, the same philosophy behind Hand2Note's compact hand view.
